For years, Bloom has been the private restaurant of Orchid Condominium — a rooftop retreat where residents gathered over long dinners and cocktails, above Conchas Chinas Beach and the wide sweep of the Bay of Banderas.

This season, we're opening our doors to Puerto Vallarta. Casual Mexican and American plates, an easygoing happy hour, and one of the best views in the city. Nightly from 5:30 PM.
