From the bar
House margaritas and mezcalitas built with fresh citrus. Spritzes for the golden hour. A few Bloom originals worth asking about — the Bloom Blast, the Duckroni. A short list of Mexican and international wines chosen to pair with the food and the sunset.
From the kitchen
Snacks made for happy hour — coconut shrimp, nachos, guacamole with chips, edamame with parmesan and balsamic. Then the standouts as the evening settles in: ceviches from the day's catch, sashimi with tuna and local dorado, octopus Spanish-style or ajillo. Enchiladas Suizas and sizzling fajitas for a full dinner. Casual food, serious ingredients.
