Our story

A long-private rooftop, opening its doors this season.

For years Bloom has been the private restaurant of Orchid Condominium — a rooftop retreat kept for residents, above the lights of Conchas Chinas and the wide sweep of the bay.

This season, we're opening it to Puerto Vallarta for the first time.
